It's starting to feel like fall here at Founders Place and we are excited to share an update.
Our General Contractor remains on track to achieve two important milestones ahead of this winter season. The first is the ongoing installation of the roof's structural components. As the roof continues to take shape, we are beginning to get a true sense of The Otto's final form.
At the same time, the onsite team is working towards drying in the building before winter. Reaching this milestone will be a significant step because it will pave the way for the installation of finish materials.
