hi there,
October has brought crisp mountain air and another exciting month of progress at The Otto.
Inside the building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in is now underway across multiple levels, bringing us another step closer to the start of finish installation.
We celebrated two significant construction milestones this past month. First, we placed the final piece of structural steel on the roof. Across three phases of construction, hundreds of pieces of steel have been placed at Founders Place, making the placement of this final piece a meaningful milestone for the entire project. The team onsite celebrated the occasion with a well-deserved taco truck. Next, we completed the installation of the windows along the bridge. We love walking across the bridge and enjoying the views east towards the Jordanelle and west up towards the St. Regis.
We remain on track for anticipated delivery in late summer to early fall of next year and look forward to sharing more progress with you in the months ahead.
As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
